Forum Rules
Follow these rules when posting on the forums. If you do not your thread will be removed. If you continue to violate these rules your access to our forums/game will be revoked.
Please do what you can to keep your community as peaceful as possible.
Inappropriate behavior
Repeated behavior deemed inappropriate by GMs, Community Managers, and Forum Moderators may result in your account being suspended/banned from our forums/games. Innappropriate behavior can be described as the following (although is not limited to the following):
- obscenities of any kind
- nudity of any kind
- advertising of any kind
- anything sexually related
- anything insulting to a person or group of people.
- images demeaning stereotypically or sexist (male / female)
- images from other online games.(except for Gpotato games)
- discussions about other games.
Caps
On the Internet a word or words in all caps signifies shouting. Since no one likes being shouted at, titles and threads that are in all caps will be locked/removed.
Flames/trolling/hostility/etc:
Do not insult (or instigate the insulting of) other players/Moderators/GM/other forum users. Excessive flaming (or inciting of flaming) will result in a ban from the forums/game.
Off topic
Please do not stray from the topic stated within the body of the thread's creator. Threads that have gone off that topic will be locked. Threads are posted in the wrong section will be moved.
Advertisements:
Do not advertise other games on the forums. You are free to compare Flyff to other games, but please refrain from posting links to it. Threads/Posts doing so will be removed. Repeat offenders will be banned from the forums/game.
Hijacking:
Do not hijack threads by posting off topic comments. Repeated “hijackers” will have their forums/game privileges removed.
Stickies:
Stickies are there to help you. Please read them before you ask a question. It is possible that the answer you seek has already been posted in a sticky thread.
Spam:
Please do not post spam (post pointless messages) to increase post count. Abusers will have their posts deleted and their forum/game access removed.
Bans:
Bans will not be discussed openly on the Forums. Any thread created for this purpose will be removed without notice. If you wish to discuss a ban, please email us at flyff@gala-net.com.
Necromancy:
Threads that are weeks and months old, that are suddenly reactive will be locked/removed.
Thread Locked/Removal Discussion:
Discussing a locked or removed thread is forbidden and any posts found in regards to this will be removed. These threads were moved for a reason. If you have a problem with a thread that was removed, send a private message to Sl0th, Nero1, the Moderator who closed it (if it's known) or email Customer Support.
Moderators:
Moderators are volunteers that help keep the forums clean. They are not staff members of Gala-Net Inc. Do not send them PMs or Emails demanding game changes or in game or account related support. If you have a support question or issue you would like resolved, then please email one of the following.
