Hobo Pronounced ho-bo
Be careful, just because he has one arm doesn't mean he can't attack with crippling damage. This red head is always hunched over and likes to drag his weapon of choice over his shoulder incase anyone where to cross his path. If you're not intimidated by his charming mustache, his ridiculously large sword might to the trick
Locating Hobo
The most largest grouping of Hobos is in Southwestern of Saint Morning towards the coast just South of the No-Fly zone.
