There are several e-mails used for FlyFF Related issues. The quickest, most efficient way to get your issues solved is to send to the right e-mail.
Main
E-mails sent to the address flyff@gala-net.com are the most common. This is an email used to deal with almost any problem, and if you do not know if it is a billing or technical issue, this would be the one to contact. Situations such as harassment, reporting of other users, and many other things. Do not forget to include complete situations, including names and if possible time. Billing
Send an email to billing@gala-net.com with the full situation. This deals with Cash Shop purchases. Include account information and as much detail as possible.
