Game Master

A Game Master (hereafter referred to as GM) is an employee of Gala-Net who handles administrative duties both inside and outside of the game.


Contacting a Game Master

If you require GM assistance, the proper course of action is to send an email to flyff@gala-net.com. When doing so, be sure to include all relevant information to help them better assist you, such as the cluster you play on, your character name, the date and time of an incident, and exactly what happened. Reasons to contact a GM include, but are not limited to:

  • An item disappearing when it should not have.
  • Harassment reports.
  • Reports of players abusing bugs/glitches.
  • If you forgot your bank password.
  • If you have an illegal name (one with special characters in it), to have it changed.
  • If you were banned or muted and would like to question why.


Who are the Game Masters?

GMs can appear on any cluster in the FlyFF world, and always have the same name wherever they do. A GM will never ask you for your password. The following is a list of current known GMs, with their names exactly as they appear in-game. Assume that anyone whose name is not on this list is not a GM.
