  • When used, this scroll will increase the chance of success by 10% while upgrading. You must use the scroll before attempting the upgrade, and the scroll is consumed whether the upgrade is a success or a failure. Used for both normal upgrading and elemental upgrading. The scroll has no effect when upgrading an item beyond +7.
