The Cloud Box can be obtained by collecting 10 Cloud Pieces and exchanging them to (Collecting Manager) Collins for the Cloud Box. It is not guaranteed that you will receive a cloud from the Cloud Box when you open it. Below are the items that can be received when opening this Cloud Box.
